Spatial Beam Switching by Thermal Tuning of a Hybrid Organic-Inorganic Thin-Film Stack

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate thermo-optic tuning of a laser beam’s thin-film stack exit position at oblique incidence. A hybrid organic-inorganic resonator design is used to achieve a large change in the group propagation angle with temperature.
