Spectral Angle Resolved Scattering of Thin Film Coatings

Abstract

The light scattering of interference coatings is strongly dependent on the wavelength. Dramatic scatter effects near the resonance are discussed and a new instrument for wavelength dependent angle resolved scatter measurements is presented.
