Reverse Engineering of an Output Coupler Using Broadband Monitoring Data and Group Delay Measurements

Abstract

We apply a reliable reverse engineering approach for post-production characterization of an optical coupler. We perform reverse engineering on the basis of in situ data analysis and validate results using transmittance and group delay measurements.
