Nanoscale Materials for Thin Film Cu(In,Ga)Se2 Solar Cells

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Cu(In,Ga)Se2 solar cells show the highest efficiencies of all thin film technologies. Nano-particulate precursor materials could have the potential to lead this technology to high-efficiency low-cost vacuum-free processed solar cells.
