A new type of propagation in fiber: Hollow-core grating fiber

Abstract

We propose a new type of hollow-core fiber where the propagation is ensured by photoinduced self-patterns acting as a surface relief gratings. Such gratings act as wavelength/angle dependant reflective mirrors for propagation of light.
