Abstract

The Numerical Aperture Increasing Lens (NAIL) technique is applied to imaging and spectroscopy of single InGaAs quantum dots (QDs). Using NAIL, we demonstrate a resolution of 350 nm (~λ/3) and a six-fold collection efficiency increase.
