Classical and quantum optical correlation between two single quantum dots

Abstract

We present a self-consistent photon Green function study of two photon-coupled single quantum dots in a semiconductor. A series of remarkable effects are demonstrated, including twophoton switching, qubit entanglement and non-exponential spontaneous emission decay.
