Ligand control of radiative and nonradiative processes in phosphorescent cyclometalated platinum complexes

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Cyclometalated platinum complexes have been proposed for use in applications such as sensors, solar cells and organic LEDs. The role the cyclometalating ligand plays in modifying the phosphorescent properties of these compounds will be presented.
