Optical Coherence Tomography for the Assessment of Paper Quality

Abstract

This paper will present the concept of an OCT sensor for the assessment of paper quality through measuring the distribution of paper constituents over paper thickness. The basic considerations and some of the special boundary conditions for the planned system will be discussed.
