An Estimation Theoretic Approach to Structured Illumination Microscopy

Abstract

We propose an estimation theoretic framework for Structured Illumination Microscopy (SIM). Simulation results suggest that the proposed approach is less susceptible to noise and illumination modulation error than traditional SIM.
