Abstract

Detection of ultrabroadband THz radiation with photoconductive antennas fabricated on proton-bombarded InP (InP:H+) substrates has been investigated. A promising result was obtained for the InP:H+ photoconductive antenna with a proton dosage of 1×1015 ions/cm2.
