Time-resolved Photoemission Spectroscopy of the Photo-Induced Phase Transition in VO2

Abstract

We have demonstrated the photo-induced insulator-metal transition in VO2 using time resolved photoemission spectroscopy with a near infrared (1.48 eV) pump, vacuum ultraviolet (8.85 eV) probe technique.
