Two-Quantum Coherences in Optical Two-Dimensional Fourier Transform Spectroscopy

Abstract

We present optical two-dimensional Fourier transform spectra for the pulse sequence sensitive to two-quantum coherences. In semiconductors, two-quantum coherences occur due to biexcitons and many-body effects, in a potassium vapor, they arise from atomic interactions.
