Abstract

We measured the timing jitter, with unprecedented sensitivity and bandwidth, between pairs of similar 80MHz stretched-pulse and 200MHz soliton, passively mode-locked lasers with 400pJ pulse energy, to be 7.3fs and 4.6fs [10kHz, 10MHz], respectively.
