Abstract

We developed an 8-input and 1-output (8:1) monolithically-integrated SOA module for high-speed and large-scale switching systems. An 8×8 gate switch subsystem consisting of eight 8:1 SOA modules (72-SOAs) achieved a high-speed switching and lossless operation.
