Abstract

The simulation model to bistable characteristics of grating is established by using semi-implicit Runge - Kutta method. The bistable characteristics of grating are researched. The results show that the area of S-shaped hysteresis loop, bistable operating condition, bistable threshold and dynamic range can be adjusted by changing grating parameters.
