Abstract

4×25Gb/s space and wavelength division multiplexing receiver chips, based on a multi-guide vertical integration platform in InP, are presented. With the state-of-the-art performance and smallest footptrint size in class, they are well suited for use in 100Gb/s fiber-optics interconnects.
