Megahertz-scan-rate quantitative tissue imaging by interferometric time-stretch microscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate interferometric time-stretch microscopy for quantitative tissue imaging at an ultrahigh speed line-scan rate of 1MHz and with cellular resolution – representing a step forward for realizing high-throughput whole-slide tissue refractometry.
