Spin-dependent polaritonic flip-flop in semiconductor microcavity

Abstract

Utilizing the bistability of microcavity polaritons, flip-flop operations are proposed which triggered by the change of pump field. To avoid the negative pulse, a linearly polarized pulse is injected as the reset signal.
