Abstract

Employing digital micro-mirror devices to simultaneously select illumination and detection regions in a scene, increases flexibility in spectral measurements. Presented here, is a method for collecting regional reference spectra, which is necessary for optimum spectral accuracy, while maintaining the flexibility of the system.
