Measurement Of Up Conversion In Er:YAG And Comparison With Laser Performance

Abstract

Up conversion significantly affects Er:YAG lasers. Measurements done here for low Er concentration are significantly different than reported high Er results. Results are used to predict laser performance and results are compared with experimental results.
