Abstract

We demonstrate the combined optical coherence tomography (OCT) and fluorescence spectroscopy (FS) system with the aid of double clad fiber (DCF) devices. The combination of the DCF coupler and DCF lens make different optical systems compact all-fiber single unit. Based on the all-fiber OCT-FS system, the simultaneous measurements of structual information and biochemical information of a plant tissue are demonstrated.
