Abstract

Ultrahigh resolution OCT with adaptive optics provides unprecedented 3-D resolution of the cellular retina in vivo. Here we investigate the utility of this instrument for imaging individual retinal nerve fiber bundles, retinal capillaries, and photoreceptors.
