Photorefractive surface gratings in BaTiO3 and KNbO3

Abstract

The theoretical model of the photorefractive surface grating that is formed in BaTiO3 and KNbO3 crystals at steady-state have been reported. The assumption of given distribution of the photoinduced electrons in conductivity band has been used.
