Quasi-phasematched frequency conversion in thick allepitaxial, orientation-patterned GaAs films

Abstract

CO2 laser frequency doubling was demonstrated in 200-µm-thick orientation-patterned GaAs films with vertical antiphase domains grown by hydride vapor phase epitaxy on epitaxial orientation templates.
