Abstract

We demonstrate multi-beam optical parametric generation in the 800-1550 nm spectral range sustained by concurrent nonlinear processes in hexagonally poled MgO-doped LiTaO3. Experiments performed with a nanosecond pump at 532 nm yield good agreement with theoretical predictions and hold promise for novel coherent parametric sources based on 2D nonlinear lattices.
