Peculiarities of green light-induced infrared absorption dynamics in PPKTP

Abstract

High-sensitivity thermal lens technique has been used to investigate GRIIRA dynamics in KTP and PPKTP. The higher GRIIRA amplitude and different dynamics in PPKTP is explained by changes in native defect concentration produced by poling.
