Femtosecond Rapid Prototyping Technique for Patterning of Lithium Niobate Samples

Abstract

A new technique based on two photon absorption in a positive photo resist is presented for rapid prototyping of single lithium niobate samples allowing the fast preparation of samples without any lithographic mask.
