Tunable Single Mode ErYb:glass Laser Locked by a Bulk Glass Bragg Grating

Abstract

We demonstrate single mode locking of an ErYb:glass laser at 1552.6 nm using feedback from a bulk glass Bragg grating, tunable over 0.25 nm (31 GHz) in steps of 17 pm (2.1 GHz).
