THz-Wave Frequency-Agile Parametric Oscillator and Future Applications

Abstract

We have developed frequency-agile THz-wave parametric oscillators (TPO). The random-frequency access and the rapid tunability provide promising THz-wave applications in various industrial and research fields. The THz-wave source and its applications will be discussed.
