Abstract

We demonstrate a high-energy femtosecond laser system with two rapidly advancing technologies: 3C large-core-diameter fiber to ensure single-mode operation and high-dispersion mirror to enable loss-free pulse compression while preserving the diffraction-limited beam quality.
