Photonic Integrator Based on a Distributed Feedback Semiconductor Optical Amplifier

Abstract

A temporal photonic integrator based on a distributed-feedback semiconductor optical amplifier is proposed and theoretically investigated. The designed structure features a time-bandwidth product of 150000 and a tunable integration window of 300 ns.
