Abstract

We include x-ray images as priory information into the DOT image reconstruction.. The way of imposing the x-ray constraint is a variant of Tikhonov regularization in which spatial variance is allowed in the value of regularization parameter. The information of the spatial variance is based on the x-ray 3-D image. Simulations show the images’ resolution is improved with x-ray soft constraint.
