Abstract

We have developed an interference microscope using a tungsten halogen lamp associated with a parallel detection technique to produce en-face (XY) tomographic images with ~1μm×1μm (longitudinal×transverse) resolution. The capabilities of our system are demonstrated by imaging inside various biological tissues.
