Abstract

The frequency-domain fluorescence lifetime measurement of a pH sensitive dye (C-SNAFL-1) immobilized into poly(ethylene glycol) hydrogels showed the ability to perform implantable and continuous pH sensing with fluorescence life in tissue-like multiply scattering solutions.
