Abstract

We have developed and applied new optical technologies for imaging the brain’s neuronal and hemodynamic responses to stimulus, including 3D high-resolution Laminar Optical Tomography, video-rate 2-photon microscopy and simultaneous 2D optical imaging and fMRI.
