Spectrally Constrained Optical Breast Imaging with Co-registered X-Ray Tomosynthesis

Abstract

We imaged 65 patients with a combined optical and tomosynthesis imaging system. The bulk optical properties from 72 healthy breasts and the reconstructed images using a spectrally-constrained algorithm for healthy and tumor breasts are reported.
