Single-cell partial wave spectroscopic microscopy

Abstract

Partial-wave spectroscopic microscopy (PWS) provides unprecedented insights into the nano-architecture of living biological cells. We demonstrate the capability of PWS to diagnose pre-cancerous changes in histologically normal cells far earlier than any existing detection technique.
