Digital staining of confocal mosaics for clinical pathology

Abstract

Digital staining of multimodal confocal mosaics may be necessary for clinical acceptance. We determined the appropriate color and weight for transformation from grayscale to resemble hematoxylin & Eosin-stained fixed sections.
