Abstract

The synthesis of water soluble block copolymers conjugated with a hydrophobic 2PA fluorescent probe and RGD for bioimaging and toxicity studies for specifically target the αvβ3 integrin over-expressing human epithelial U87MG cell lines was demonstrated.
