Assembly of a Widefield Imaging Device and Segmentation of Multispectral Images for Cancer Screening

Abstract

A simple widefiled imaging device based on fluorescence and reflectance for cancer screening was assembled. A digital image processing combining both modes is proposed to objectively enhance lesion discrimination.
