Diffraction Imaging Flow Cytometric and 3D Morphological Analysis of Three Cell Lines

Abstract

Three cell lines were used to examine the capability of a recently developed diffraction imaging flow cytometer for cell differentiation. Comparison of the diffraction images with the confocal imaged based 3D structures yields positive results.
