Ultra-Fast Time-Gated SPAD for Multi-Wavelength Wide Dynamic Range Spectroscopy

Abstract

We present a novel instrumentation for wide dynamic range optical investigations based on time-gated silicon single-photon avalanche diodes. We report measurements at multiple wavelengths with 108 dynamic range acquired in a very short measurement time.
