Clinical evaluation of a high-resolution microendoscope for early diagnosis of cancer

Abstract

We have developed a high-resolution fluorescence microendoscope capable of imaging sub-cellular morphology in vivo, in real-time. We report our latest results in clinical studies for early cancer detection in the cervix, oral cavity, and esophagus.
