Diffuse Optical Perfusion and Oxygenation Monitoring in a Mouse Model of Hindlimb Ischemia

Abstract

We employ diffuse correlation and reflectance spectroscopies to monitor perfusion and oxygenation in mice after hindlimb ischemia. Perfusion results were compared with laser Doppler flowmetry and validated as new tools to assess limb perfusion.
