Two-photon volume imaging with a nondiffracting beam: a simulation study based on a scalar diffraction method

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

A two-photon excitation fluorescence volume imaging method is proposed with a nondiffracting and self-reconstructing Bessel beam and investigated with a simulation approach based on a scalar diffraction method.
