In Vivo Imaging of Unstained Rat Tissue Using a Multiphoton Microendoscope

Abstract

Unstained liver, kidney, and colon tissue from an anesthetized rat was imaged in vivo using a compact and flexible raster scanning endoscope. Endoscopic image acquisition was guided using a wide field infrared imaging system.
