Abstract

We developed a line-scanning angled fluorescent laminar optical tomography (LS-aFLOT), which enables three-dimensional imaging of stem cell distribution within engineered tissue scaffold. Depth-resolved imaging in weakly- and highly-scattering tissue scaffolds is demonstrated.
