Joint image reconstruction for breast tumor diagnosis using both structural and functional information

Abstract

We explore structural-prior-guided optical image reconstructions using a clinical population presenting breast lesions. We extend our algorithm with addition of tumor priors. This results in dramatic improvement in optical contrast of malignancy.
