Two-Layer Analysis of Time-Domain Functional NIRS Measurements

Abstract

Oxy- and deoxyhemoglobin concentration changes for two layers were reconstructed by a robust method based on moments of photon flight-time distributions. The method was validated on a phantom and applied to in-vivo functional activation studies.
